About the Opportunity
Dynasty is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing network of Digital Creator Scouts.
This is a flexible remote opportunity for people who enjoy social media, discovering talent, and following online trends.
Digital Creator Scouts help identify promising creators, influencers, models, and online personalities who may benefit from joining the Dynasty Creator Network.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 job. Scouts work independently, set their own schedule, and decide how much time they want to dedicate to building their creator network.
No previous recruiting experience is required. Training and onboarding are provided.
What You Will Do
Digital Creator Scouts will:
- Search social media platforms to discover potential creator partners.
- Identify creators with engaged audiences and growth potential.
- Introduce qualified creators to Dynasty Creator Network.
- Explain Dynasty's creator services and opportunities.
- Build relationships with creators and help expand Dynasty's global creator network.
Find creators from platforms including:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Facebook
- X
- Twitch
- Reddit
- Other online communities
Creators We Are Looking For
Dynasty works with creators across many categories, including:
- Digital content creators
- Influencers

Scouts who develop strong creator networks and successfully introduce larger, high-quality creator accounts may have opportunities for significant commission earnings.
Compensation is paid in U.S. dollars.
