We are currently seeking an experienced Shower Door & Mirror Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, works well independently, and delivers a flawless finished product.
Responsibilities
- Install framed, semi-frameless, and frameless shower enclosures with precision and attention to detail.
- Measure, cut, and fit mirrors of various sizes and shapes to exact specifications.
- Safely handle, transport, and install glass and mirror products.
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in clean, working condition.
- Provide professional and courteous interaction with customers on-site.
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure proper function and fit.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience installing shower doors and mirrors.
- Strong knowledge of glass handling, measuring, and installation techniques.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy glass/mirror panels (up to 75 lbs).
