Your dedication to food safety, customer service, and efficient food handling will set the tone for a fantastic start to our guests’ day.
Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
- Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and condiments throughout service hours to ensure seamless guest experience
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, toasters, and warming trays
- Assist with food handling tasks such as portioning, plating, and serving breakfast items to guests in person, when applicable.
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to prevent contamination and uphold health regulations
- Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group bookings
- Handle weight-based tasks such as restocking supplies or managing inventory with care and precision

Experience
- Previous experience is highly desirable.
- Food handlers certificate is highly desired.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices
- Experience operating kitchen equipment and handling food safely in a fast-paced setting
- Background in hospitality roles enhances your ability to excel in this position
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. You must know how to SMILE and be friendly.
