Key Responsibilities
Sales Analytics & Performance Tracking

Build and maintain sales activity dashboards and report to track pipeline, bookings, and deal performance

Develop scalable data models to support forecasting and performance insights

Partner with Sales Finance to ensure data consistency across SFDC and financial systems
Pricing & Deal Analytics

Support pricing strategy development, including pricebooks, discount analysis, and deal economics

Analyze deal trends to improve pricing discipline and revenue optimization
-
Provide insights to leadership on pricing performance, margin, and competitive positioning
Operations & Process Development

Design and implement scalable sales operations processes and workflows
-
Drive data standardization and improve data quality across systems (e.g., SFDC, reporting tools)

Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline manual processes
Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Identify system gaps and partner with IT to develop scalable process and tool improvements.

Automate data flows and reporting to increase operational efficiency.

Drive cross‑functional projects that require both technical depth and business acumen.

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, structured manner.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with programing experience

10–12 years of combined experience in data business analysis, FP&A, product operations, or similar roles blending Finance and Sales Operation.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics tools.

Proven experience collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders in high-tech software companies

Ability to interpret complex data, build models, and communicate insights succinctly.

Self-starter with strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and business judgment.
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP/CRM systems (SAP, SFDC), and reporting tools.

Familiarity with pricing models, deal analysis, or financial forecasting.

Exposure to product development lifecycle or programming workflows.

Experience with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau and AI Agent tools

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high‑growth environment with competing priorities.
The annual salary range for California is $136,500 to $253,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
