Achievers ABA is hiring a certified RBT for in-home ABA therapy with children with autism in the 46205 area of Indianapolis. This is a full-time, consistent caseload position with strong clinical support and real room to grow.
Bilingual in Spanish and English? You'll be paid more. We serve a significant number of Spanish-speaking families in this area, and fluency is genuinely valued — not just noted.
The Role
You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, working from an individualized treatment plan developed and supervised by a BCBA. Your caseload is consistent, your schedule is built around your availability, and your supervising BCBA is assigned from day one and reachable same-day.
What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and record accurate session data
Build strong relationships with clients and families — including Spanish-speaking households
Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and caregivers
Requirements
Active RBT certification — required, no exceptions
Reliable transportation within the 46205 area
Strong communication and professionalism
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred and compensated at a higher rate
