**General Shop Manager – Body Shop**
We are looking for an experienced and dependable **General Shop Manager** to lead daily operations at our busy body shop. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage workflow, employees, customer communication, and overall shop performance in a fast-paced environment.
### Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily shop operations and production
* Manage technicians and shop staff
* Coordinate scheduling, repairs, and job flow
* Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and vendors
* Ensure quality control and timely completion of repairs
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Help drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
### Qualifications:
* Previous body shop management experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
* Knowledge of estimating and repair processes
