This senior level control wirer supports weekend production operations by coordinating materials, assisting team leads, and resolving product-related issues. This role helps maintain workflow, supports leadership coverage, and contributes to training, process improvements, and overall production efficiency.
Electrical Assembly

Accurately install electrical components per assembly drawings and work instructions

Accurately wire electrical control panels per schematics and wiring diagrams
Adjust, repair, or replace wires or electrical components to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications
Use basic hand tools (wire cutters, crimpers, strippers, etc.) to complete wiring tasks accurately
Drawings Instructions

Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, and blueprints to determine operational methods

Follow work orders and bill of materials to determine product specifications and material requirements

Verify parts and components with bill of materials before assembly to ensure accuracy

Issue parts to work orders using the internal system (GSS)

Support production leads with daily workflow coordination by filling in during absences

Assist in training and mentoring new team members on job duties, processes, and expectations

Take an active role in 5S leadership and zone support, ensuring workspace organization and efficiency

Collaborate with engineering to identify and resolve product or process-related issues

Draft and submit Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to leads for review and approval

Support material flow by submitting material requests and coordinating ship-loose accessories

High school graduate or GED is required. At least 1-2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing/production environment or relevant experience is preferred.
