I2Dental is currently seeking a highly driven and passionate Regional Manager/Traveling Manager to join our growing dental group! This position will oversee 3-5 locations. Candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for patient care, and at least 5 years of leadership management experience in the dental field. Job Summary: Regional/Traveling Manager is responsible for the overall workflow and performance in all administrative and clinical areas. This individual’s main role is to visit offices daily and train & facilitate the delivery of top-quality services while maximizing productivity. Regional/Traveling Manager works closely with Group Owner, head Biller, assistant director of operations, dental providers, office managers, and ancillary staff members to implement quality process improvements as necessary to enhance organizational performance & growth. This individual is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business.
