Responsibilities

- Support menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant kitchen environment
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Ability to plan menus and contribute ideas for meal variety and presentation
