**THIS POSITION IS BASED IN BOCA RATON, FL - NOT REMOTE**
OVERVIEW: As a Customer Experience Representative, you play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service for key accounts as well as supporting the needs of the ecommerce programs. You are responsible for following protocols and procedures to guarantee the highest standard of customer service in the industry. A customer support and E-Commerce specialist would possess a combination of strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine desire to assist others
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer service for the e-commerce platforms and social media, such as, but not limited to, Target, Salon Centric, eBay
- Respond to inquiries and assist the warranty process
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information via phone calls, chatbot and emails
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support, guidance and resolve customer issues related to our beauty and barber tools, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Utilize computer skills to manage emails
- Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall service quality
- Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a high level of detailed orientation and organization to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- MAP software management
- Support TikTok Live Shop initiatives
- Address social media reviews and feedback
- Report issues to the Engineering and Product Development teams from e-commerce platforms (when necessary)
- Attend TikTok seminars and academy sessions
- Other duties may be assigned
ABILITIES
- Proficiency in computer skills, including email management and documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to write and correspond effectively through email.
- Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Posses’ excellent organization skills and attention to detail to manger customer interactions efficiently.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
