About the role
You'll serve as the Head Softball Coach, guiding athletes throughout the required season. This is an opportunity to build and shape a competitive travel softball program while developing players at multiple levels of the game.
Responsibilities
You'll plan and lead practices, coordinate team schedules, and provide instruction that helps players grow both technically and competitively. You'll communicate with players and families, foster a positive team culture, and represent the organization with professionalism at tournaments and events. You'll also manage the day-to-day operations of the program and ensure a safe, structured environment for all athletes.
Qualifications
You bring a strong understanding of the game of softball and a genuine commitment to player development. You're comfortable working with a wide range of ages and skill levels, from younger developing athletes to competitive 18U players. You communicate clearly with both players and parents and carry yourself as a leader on and off the field
Pay: $25.29 - $26.29 per hour
