Join a brand-new, modern med spa built around cutting-edge technology and advanced skincare. We're looking for a passionate, skilled esthetician ready to grow with us as we build something special from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Perform HydroFacials, microneedling, chemical peels (V.I Peel), and lymphatic facials
- Provide lymphatic drainage massage and other advanced facial techniques
- Work alongside our Medical Director (NP) offering injectable and medical-grade treatments
- Help build client relationships in a growing practice from day one

- Commission-based pay: 35% of your personally performed service revenue — as our client base grows, so does your earning potential (equivalent to roughly $21–$35+/hour depending on booking volume, with potential for $50+/hr during fully booked periods)

- 6 days/week scheduling flexibility
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Esthetician (NY state license required)
- Experience with facials, chemical peels, and/or microneedling preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong client communication and a passion for skincare
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
