The Phone Shoppe is a fast-growing wireless retailer specializing in unlocked smartphones and flexible financing solutions. We're looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Sales Manager to help lead our sales team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and support daily store operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations
- Lead by example through exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Coach and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team goals
- Assist customers in selecting smartphones, accessories, and financing options
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor sales performance and help improve conversion rates
- Maintain inventory accuracy and store organization
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Help achieve monthly sales and performance goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to drive sales
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and CRM software
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
