Team Select Homecare of Valparaiso is actively searching for registered Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our home healthcare team.

We are seeking full-time home health aide support (40 hours per week) for our adult and geriatric population in Porter and Lake Counties.
This specific position provides an opportunity for a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work one on one with our clients, providing assistance with everyday tasks and ADLs.
Team Select services a wide variety of clients, who need a caregiver to maintain their independence in the comfort of their home. We have clients who need care in various environments. Caregivers work in our client's home as well as take them to doctors’ appointments, errands, etc.
Prior to working with a client, Team Select can provide you the opportunity to meet a few families and assess the environment where you would be providing care. We will work to find a schedule that works for YOU and YOUR availability.

Responsibilities:
- Provide home healthcare services in client's residences
- Assist with client’s personal care activities
- Assist clients with mobility
- Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
- Maintain client's care records and document provided services
- Instruct and counsel clients and families on diet and exercise
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- 18+ years old
- Valid Driver’s License or State ID card
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Caring and compassionate personality
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
