ED/Med-Surg RN – Contract Position

Position Overview
We are seeking ED/Med-Surg Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week contract assignment. New graduates are welcome to apply.
The RN will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care based on comprehensive patient assessment, clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and patient education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in the Emergency Department and Med-Surg setting.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Develop and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow facility policies.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate patient-care environment.
- Participate in identifying problems and developing solutions.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Current, active Colorado RN License.
- BLS/BCLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification.
- TNCC certification.
- Ability to safely perform nursing procedures and operate required equipment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and clinical judgment.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 per week
