Position Overview
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Field Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position where you'll work outdoors completing a variety of property service projects while interacting professionally with customers. Every day is different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and learning new skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial window cleaning.
- Complete pressure washing and soft washing projects safely and efficiently.
- Clean gutters and downspouts.
- Install and service permanent holiday lighting systems.
- Assist with junk removal and property cleanups.
- Perform seasonal exterior maintenance services.
- Operate company equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company in a positive manner.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
