What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, and perimeter points within an aero and defense location, noting unusual activity and/or potential issues.

Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Support assigned post operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership, and following post orders for security-related duties.
Minimum Requirements:

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
