Position Overview
Innovative Care is a physician-led healthcare organization focused on providing accessible, personalized, high-quality care. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a hands-on clinical and patient care role.
This RN position will support two of our specialty practices: Innovative Vitality, our membership-based longevity medicine practice, and Innovative MindCare, our behavioral health practice offering psychiatry, TMS, ketamine therapy, Spravato, and other mental health services This position will be split approximately 60% with Innovative Vitality and 40% with Innovative MindCare.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across different areas of healthcare and enjoys a varied role that combines direct patient care, care coordination, clinical procedures, patient education, and administrative nursing responsibilities. This position works closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the clinical team to provide a responsive, organized, and high-quality patient experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesInnovative Vitality – Approximately 60%
- Perform blood draws and place IVs.
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare patients for visits.
- Educate patients on blood glucose monitoring, InBody results, medications, supplements, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate patient care, follow-up, lab needs, and ongoing treatment in collaboration with physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Complete medication prior authorizations and communicate with insurance companies and pharmacies as needed.
- Respond to patient questions and help facilitate timely communication between patients and providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Support the personalized, high-touch experience expected within a membership-based medical practice.
Innovative MindCare – Approximately 40%
- Provide nursing support for patients receiving mental health treatments, including IV ketamine and Spravato.
- Prepare patients for treatment and obtain appropriate vital signs and clinical information.
- Place IVs and provide clinical monitoring for patients receiving IV ketamine therapy.
- Assist with patient monitoring before, during, and following treatment according to established clinical protocols.
- Support medication coordination, prior authorizations, pharmacy communication, and other clinical needs.
- Communicate with providers regarding patient questions, treatment concerns, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Help create a safe, supportive, and compassionate experience for patients receiving behavioral health treatment.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and IV placement.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working with patients across both medical and behavioral health settings.
- Collaborative, flexible, and willing to step in wherever needed.
- Experience in behavioral health, infusion therapy, or outpatient medicine is a plus.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
