- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Supervise and mentor on-site teams to promote a productive work environment.
- Travel to various project sites as required.
