The Opportunity
We are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career in luxury hospitality. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in the guest journey, retail sales, and the daily rhythm of the spa.
What You'll Do
- Warmly greet, check in, and check out every guest
- Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products tailored to guest needs
- Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
- Manage the appointment book to maximize bookings
- Support the team with scheduling, phones, and guest inquiries
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience
- A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
What Success Looks Like
- Averaging $25/hr in retail sales
- Achieving a 30% or higher rebooking rate
- Consistently high guest satisfaction scores
- Meeting monthly upsell and service recommendation goals
