LPN hourly pay range: $28.00 - $34.00, based on experience

We are currently hiring for a Part Time Evening LPN (3pm - 11pm).

Resident Care & Planning: Review resident needs and physician orders, contribute to care plan development and quarterly reviews, and promptly address resident concerns.

Medication & Treatment Management: Prepare, administer, and document medications accurately while maintaining the medication and treatment book.

Documentation & Unit Oversight: Conduct regular unit rounds, ensure detailed care notes, and verify the accuracy and completeness of CNA documentation.

LPN qualifications:
- Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.
