Professional Cleaner. Residential & Commercial

Pay: $25–$35 per hour per job, paid per clean

About the Opportunity
We’re a growing cleaning company looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to service residential and commercial clients. This is not a W-2 position. You operate as your own business and get paid per job.
If you show up on time, clean like a pro, and communicate well, we keep you busy.
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and or commercial cleaning services
- Follow provided cleaning checklists and client preferences
- Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently
- Communicate clearly with our team if issues arise
- Maintain a professional, respectful presence in client spaces
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Must have your own transportation
- Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Prior professional cleaning experience preferred
- Smartphone with reliable internet
- Ability to pass a background check
- Legally eligible to work as an independent contractor
Independent Contractor Agreement
This role is 1099 contract-based. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. You control your schedule and accept jobs based on your availability.
