Service Porter
Duties:
- Greet customers and welcome them into the dealership
- Obtain Vehicle information
- Assist with vehicle inventory management
- Transport customers to various locations
- Support the sales team by preparing vehicles for delivery to customers
- Assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Skills:
- Active, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of retail math
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
