Job Description:
We are seeking EXPERIENCED, dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Fleet Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for a combination of office-based tasks and outside client hunting to drive sales and foster relationships within the fleet cleaning industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new clients within the fleet industry by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients, including quotes, product/service information, and contract details.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that client needs and expectations are met.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Assist with office-based tasks such as preparing sales reports, attending team meetings, and contributing to sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales with a focus on client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
