Studio Coordinator
We are seeking a Studio Coordinator to join our small team and work directly with the owner to support daily operations across the studio. This role requires strong leadership experience, as well as the ability to manage both client-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes operations. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, proactive, and confident working with people in a front of house environment. We hold ourselves to a very high standard and expect the same level of care, professionalism, and consistency from this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage scheduling and daily appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and standards-driven environment
- Work directly with the owner to support daily operations
- Track and manage inventory and stock levels
- Support and help execute marketing initiatives
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person
- Handle general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience required (recent leadership or supervisory roles preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Creative, proactive, and solution oriented
- Comfortable managing client interactions and setting expectations
- Ability to work independently and directly with ownership
- Prior customer service, operations, or front desk experience preferred
Compensation:
$16.00 to $17.50 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
Must have open availability, including evenings and weekends
