The lead Slitter Operator will ensure that their machine and crew are running in an efficient, productive manner with attention to quality and safety.
They will be responsible for :

Ensuring all order specifications are being met.
- Lead and organize their crew's quality, safety, production and scheduling.
- Alert Maintenance and Plant Manager of needed maintenance and repairs.
- Scheduling of machine orders and of personnel through Plant Manager.

Recording daily production reports.
- Maintaining clean and safe work area.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and math skills. Experience is preferred but not required.
