Available position may include families in Tippecanoe, White, Carroll, Clinton, Boone, Montgomery, Howard, Cass, Benton, Warren, and Fountain counties. Service Coordinators are assigned a geographic area within the above noted counties, but reports to the Lafayette office.
1st Kids, Inc. is seeking compassionate and organized individuals to serve as Service Coordinators for families enrolled in the First Steps program. Coordinators provide case management for families with children 0-3 with developmental delays to assist in coordinating early intervention services. Meetings are completed in the family's home. Available positions primarily serve Boone or Montgomery County but may include counties listed above. Service Coordinators are assigned a geographic area within the above noted counties, but need to be willing to travel to surrounding areas as needed. Following training, some work may be done remotely. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the field of social sciences or early childhood development. Reliable transportation is necessary as duties are carried out in the community. Spanish speaking candidates preferred.
