We are currently seeking Property Maintenance Techs to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:

Safely and Legally operate a Company Vehicle.
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- ability to read and write english.
- bilingual a plus but not required.
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Use and operate a Company Smart Phone and required Apps.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in property maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload lifting 50 Lbs
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose, repair and install Hot Water heater, Both Gas and Electric.
- Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose and repair appliances
- Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose, repair and install , kitchen and bathroom plumbing. sinks, showers, drains, toilets. Repair and replace parts as needed, seats, springs, stems, cartridges and handles.
- Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose, repair and install, minor electrical repairs. switches, receptacles, GFCI receptacles, change/ replace interior and exterior light fixtures, ceiling fans, garbage disposals.
- Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose sewer and drain blockages.
- Proper use of Sewer cleaning equipment, high pressure Jetters, Sewer and drain augers of varying sizes. ability to install clean-outs on sewer lines when applicable.
- Working knowledge of and ability make Sheetrock and drywall repair
- Working knowledge of and ability to paint and repair touch ups
