We are seeking a dedicated and responsible School Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting children, while providing exceptional service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and the ability to manage behavior effectively while on the road.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to their designated locations.
- Manage behavior among passengers, ensuring a respectful and safe environment during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any mechanical issues as necessary.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Qualifications
- Must be 25 years old.
- Valid Tennessee Drivers License with no break in licensure.
- Ability to pass a Drug test along with Random selections during the year.
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and provide excellent customer service at all times.
