China Lights Wisconsin is a family friendly nighttime event that runs from September 9th to November 1st, 2026. We’re looking to fill various roles in our event staff team. Please note that all positions are staged outdoor, and all positions have evening/nighttime working hours.

Job Description:
1. Direct car traffic at parking lots throughout Whitnall Park and arrange lines for shuttle bus;
2. Make sure all event visitors are parked at event parking lots; no double parking or street parking in the park
3. Prioritize safety for all vehicles and pedestrians
4. Must be reliable, communicative, and comfortable working outside on feet
Requirements:
1. Must be 18 or above
2. Must be able to commit to at least 4 shifts a week; weekend availability is required
(5hrs/shift; 4:30pm – 9:30pm, Tuesday to Sunday)
3. Event or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Compensation:
$23/hr; paid bi-weekly
