Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Inventory Associate to support inventory and materials management in a warehouse/industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing parts and supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with cycle counts, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring a safe and organized storeroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue parts, tools, and inventory items while maintaining accurate records.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Enter and update inventory data using computer systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom.
- Inspect tools and equipment for damage and report issues.
- Deliver materials to designated work areas as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ months of warehouse, storeroom, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform basic math and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Pay: $18.50 per hour
