We are looking for dynamic hosts that thrive in a fast paced counter-service 'eatertainment' mecca! The host should also have excellent customer service and communication skills to be successful in this position. The host position is a pivotal position within our business, as you oversee our Activities Cage with distribution of equipment & games, monitor bowling reservations and resets, as well as supporting the food & beverage operation.

Job Duties
- Greet and check-in all guests at the Activities Cage
- Answer all guests' questions and inquiries regarding activities
- Review activities safety protocol and system setup with guests.
- When necessary, provide guests with a demonstration of the equipment to ensure property rule compliance.
- Monitor guests to make sure they are compliant with all rules and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot Activities equipment when necessary
- Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
- Help setup and dismantle event space when required.
- Must be 18+ years old
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of bowling, golf, ax throwing, and games
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
