Electroswitch is seeking a Vice President of Operational Excellence to lead and scale enterprise-wide operational strategy across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity responsible for building and driving a best-in-class operational framework that supports aggressive company growth, improves efficiency, and expands margins. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with experience transforming operations in a growing manufacturing environment.
The VP of Operational Excellence will partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to implement scalable systems, improve performance, and create sustainable continuous improvement processes.
Operational Strategy & Business Growth

Develop and execute an Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with business growth objectives

Build scalable systems and governance structures to support expansion while improving operational performance

Establish KPI frameworks and performance management systems across multiple locations

Partner with executive leadership on capacity planning, risk mitigation, and capital investments
Continuous Improvement & Lean Initiatives

Lead Lean Manufacturing implementation across operations and support functions

Drive waste reduction, improved workflow, and lead-time compression initiatives

Implement structured problem-solving and root cause methodologies

Develop and sustain continuous improvement programs including Kaizen initiatives
Value Engineering / Cost Reduction

Lead Value Analysis / Value Engineering initiatives to improve cost structure and product performance

Partner with Engineering on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Cost efforts

Drive measurable cost savings across materials, labor, and operational processes

Collaborate with suppliers to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Performance

Improve throughput, production efficiency, and on-time delivery

Optimize planning, scheduling, and inventory strategies

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks

Support supplier performance improvements and forecasting alignment

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field required

MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience

12+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing or industrial operations

Experience scaling operations within mid-sized organizations strongly preferred

Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives

Experience leading cost reduction and value engineering programs

Experience within electrical components, electronics, or similar discrete manufacturing environments preferred
