At L'Atelier School, our educators play a crucial role in cultivating a quality learning environment for children. Working collaboratively within an enthusiastic teaching team, they facilitate learning by introducing stimulating materials, thought-provoking questions, and opportunities for children to explore topics of interest. These teachers observe and document children's progress while nurturing their educational and life journey. The role encompasses teaching, learning, observations, documentation, research, and community communication. Teachers are expected to collaborate within their team and with fellow colleagues, embodying critical thinking, reflection, effective communication, curiosity, inclusiveness, and professionalism. They employ a developmentally appropriate, social constructivist approach, aligning with Growing Place's mission philosophy, and pedagogy.
