Like mini vacation every other week
Inexperienced starting $21.00 per hour. Experienced Operators with verifiable references start at $23.00 per hour.

What you will do:
- You will be working at night with a normal start time between 8pm and 9pm, including weekends
- You will be cleaning shopping plazas, store parking lots and streets
- You will EXTENSIVELY use a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks and curbs cumulative to walk 3-4 miles.
- Change liners in trash receptacles
- You will work a repeating route of locations and will be responsible to complete your work independently
- In short it is part trash collection - part landscaping “ SWEEPSCAPER”

Our Expectations:
Work in the sweeping industry is not for the meek and demands constant focus and a get it done mentality
- Comfortable driving in adverse conditions - Nights & Weather
- Ability to work independently with minimum hour to hour supervision
- Ability to adapted to temporary changes in workflow (ADAPT & OVERCOME)
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Maintain a smartphone device and have ability to navigate different time/work recording apps and navigation apps
- Be able to manage time to complete work load
- Reliable vehicle for your commute
- Ability to climb in and out of sweeper vehicles 100 times per shift
- No At Fault accidents within last 36 months
- No more than 4 cumulative points on licenses

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
