Elevate Legal, P.A., and The Law Office of Lorraine Marte are growing U.S. immigration law firms seeking two highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Bilingual Immigration Legal Assistant to join our teams full-time.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has previously worked for a U.S. immigration law firm and is ready to contribute from day one.
What You'll Do
- Manage client intake and follow-up communications.
- Prepare USCIS and EOIR forms and supporting documentation.
- Organize evidence and filing packets.
- Request and track required documents from clients.
- Draft correspondence and client communications.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate case files.
- Assist attorneys with administrative support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- At least 1 year of experience working for a U.S. immigration law firm.
- Experience preparing USCIS applications and EOIR filings.
- Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following:
- PrimaLaw
- Clio
- CampLegal
- Adobe Acrobat
- Microsoft Office
Experience with family-based immigration, removal defense, asylum, waivers, humanitarian relief, and naturalization is highly preferred.
Compensation
USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
Location
Remote – Applicants must reside in Latin America.
Schedule
