Hello, I’m Dr. Georgina from Blyss Dental. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Registered Dental Assistant to join our practice. At Blyss Dental, we focus on patient comfort, quality care, and a calm, non-rushed experience for both patients and our team.
We are looking for a permanent team member who can work 3 to 4 days per week, with Thursday as an optional day. The position is currently part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the practice expands.
The ideal candidate is a strong, skilled assistant who takes pride in their work, has an upbeat but professional attitude, and can help keep the doctor and schedule running smoothly. Someone who is cross-trained in both back office and front office is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant certification
- X-ray certification
- Current CPR certification
- Understanding of infection control and OSHA regulations
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional personality
- Ability to lead, stay organized, and help keep the schedule on track
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental assisting experience
- Experience with cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, or restorative procedures
- Cross-training in front office duties is a plus
Position Details
- Schedule: Tuesday to Friday
- Hours: Approximately 25–30 hours per week
- Days: 3–4 days per week, with Thursday optional
- Pay: Competitive and based on experience
