About The Role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our 40 Rooms department in a full-time, hourly capacity. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the cleanliness and presentation of our spaces, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all. This role requires an individual who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and excels in maintaining high cleanliness standards. Communication in English is essential to succeed in this position.
What You'll Do

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards and protocols.

Restock and replenish room supplies such as towels, amenities, and bedding.

Inspect rooms and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.

Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene guidelines while handling cleaning products and equipment.

Support the team in organizing housekeeping activities and ensuring timely room turnovers.

Provide exceptional service and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or related fields is preferred but not required.

Ability to speak, read, and write in English effectively.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.

Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Strong work ethic and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
The pay range for this role is:
16 - 18 USD per hour(Provo Marriott)
