Pay & Incentives
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $2,000
- Top 10% Driver weekly pay is $2,100+
- Annual Earnings: $72,400 - $100,800
- Average Miles: 1,700 - 2,500 per week
- Pay Rate: $0.65 - $0.74 cpm
- Paid Orientation - travel, hotel, and meals provided
Your Schedule
- Home weekends - no weekend work required
- Both shifts available - Day or Night
- Consistent scheduling based on freight availability
The Equipment
- Late-model Freightliner, Kenworth, and International trucks
- Automatic transmissions
- Well-maintained fleet
What You'll Do Day to Day
- Operate assigned regional routes safely and efficiently
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Utilize ELD systems to track hours and routes
- Follow DOT regulations and company policies
- Communicate with dispatch regarding loads and schedules

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years or older (20-year-olds may also apply)
- 120+ hours of instruction from Trucking School
- Ability to pass a hair follicle drug screen
- No SAP
Orientation & Onboarding
- Hotel arranged for orientation

- Orientation lasts 1 day
