Medical Assistant needed for busy family practice ( Governors Family Practice)
MUST HAVE STRONG TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE AND UNDERSTAND WHAT PATIENTS NEED AND WILLINGNESS TO SHOW UP TO WORK.
Medical Assistant Certification required.
Background check and urine drug screen required.
Main Duties includes:
Assisting with patient's overall health and well being via coordinating care, follow up call, utilizing community resources, referrals, prior authorizations, outreaching patients, reminding patients about upcoming tests and blood-works etc.
Outreaching patients for ER follow up, hospital follow up and wellness visit.
Pay starts at 16-17/hr based on experience. Pay raise after three months probationary period.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
