About the Role
We’re hiring a Car Wash Associate to join our team and help deliver a fast, friendly, high-quality experience for every customer. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and bringing positive energy to work, this is a great fit. Smiling, having fun, and working as a team are part of the job.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Explain wash packages and recommend upgrades when appropriate (sales skills are a big bonus)
- Guide vehicles safely onto the wash conveyor (where applicable)
- Perform prep work such as spraying, brushing, and wheel/tire cleaning
- Wipe down vehicles, clean windows, and help with finishing touches (if your wash offers it)
- Keep the site clean and stocked (towels, chemicals, vacuums, trash, etc.)
- Work closely with teammates to keep cars moving and customers happy
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a fun, professional environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong ability to sell with a proven track record.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Ability to smile, stay positive, and have fun while working
- Teamwork mindset—reliable, helpful, and willing to jump in where needed
- Comfortable talking with customers and making recommendations
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable transportation and good attendance
- Sales experience is a huge bonus (but we will train the right person)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Car wash, retail, food service, or hospitality experience
- Cash handling/POS experience
- Experience with memberships or package upgrades
