Nava Health is looking for a full-time, energetic and engaging Virtual Health Coach to support our patients on their wellness journey while driving membership sales, getting patients moving forward with their personalized care plan, and service excellence!

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with new and existing patients via video and phone to educate them about Nava Health’s offerings specifically related to their personalized care plan requested by the medical providers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, expertly answer questions about our services, guide patients through their wellness journey, and be a trusted expert on all things health and wellness.
- Convert patients into members, helping them unlock significant savings while committing to a healthier, more vibrant lifestyle with Nava Health.
- Guide patients with moving forward with their personalized care plans
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to increase retention and satisfaction
- Maintain detailed client records and provide insights to improve sales and service strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, sales, and/or membership-based sales (health/wellness industry preferred)
- A passion for health, wellness, and integrative care
- Strong communication and persuasion skills—you love helping people make informed decisions
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, or virtual sales tools (Not required but huge bonus)
- Ability to build relationships, problem-solve, and upsell wellness services confidently
