Pizza Trailer Crew Member / Future Lead

Pay: $16–20 per hour Location: Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas Schedule: Part-time to start, with opportunity for full-time growth
About Us
Brickner’s NJ Slice Co. is a growing mobile pizza business focused on authentic New Jersey-style pizza. We serve large foldable slices and whole pies at breweries, festivals, private events, weddings, community gatherings, and special events throughout East Tennessee.
We’re looking for a dependable team member who wants more than just a basic food service job. This position has the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business expands.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pizza prep and event service
- Stretch dough and build pizzas — training provided
- Help manage slice service and customer orders
- Operate Square point-of-sale system
- Reheat and serve slices during busy service
- Keep trailer clean and organized
- Assist with loading, unloading, setup, and breakdown
- Help with inventory, prep, and restocking
- Provide friendly customer service
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work weekends and some evenings
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred but Not Required
- Food service experience
- Pizza experience
- Food handler certification
- Event, catering, or food truck experience
- Valid driver’s license

Schedule

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
