We're looking for someone with a warm, easy phone manner to call digital marketing agencies and book short intro meetings. You are not closing deals — you open the conversation, get the agency owner curious, and hand a booked meeting to our founder, who does the closing. If you're friendly, reliable, and genuinely good on the phone, we can teach you the rest.
This is a quality-over-quantity role. You're not smiling-and-dialing 400 numbers a day — you're making around 80 thoughtful calls to good-fit agencies and having real conversations. We'd rather you book a handful of great meetings a week than blast through a call list burning good leads.

You do not need a sales degree, years of experience, or a big-deal track record. A great attitude and a good voice beat a polished résumé every time in this seat.
The founding-hire part
You'll be our founding hire in this seat. At first you'll often be working solo from our WeWork office in Downtown Summerlin, with direct daily contact with the founder — and as we grow, we'll build a team around you. This suits someone who's genuinely excited to help build something from the ground floor and is comfortable working independently.
You won't be thrown in cold. You'll have a proven script and real-time support that tells you what to say and when, so you're never stuck for words — how warmly you say it is where you'll stand out.
What the day looks like
- Calling digital marketing agencies from a provided, targeted list — around 80 calls a day, quality over quantity
- Following the script with live, on-call support, so you always know what to say and how to handle objections
- Booking qualified intro meetings onto the founder's calendar — we care about strong, genuinely interested meetings that show up, not volume
- Light follow-up on warm leads and free-trial signups
- Logging your calls and meetings in the CRM (we'll train you — HubSpot)
