What You'll Do
As a Financial Advisor, you will work directly with individuals, families, professionals, and business owners to help them:
- Create personalized financial strategies aligned with their goals
- Build, protect, and preserve wealth
- Plan for retirement, education funding, and major life events
- Protect their families and businesses through risk management strategies
- Develop long-term financial plans that evolve with changing needs

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, concerns, and priorities
- Analyze financial information and develop customized recommendations
- Conduct regular reviews to keep financial plans aligned with client objectives
- Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term relationships
Business Development
- Build your client base through networking, referrals, community involvement, professional relationships, social media, and strategic partnerships
- Participate in educational workshops, seminars, and community events
- Develop relationships with business owners, professionals, and families in your market
- Leverage firm-provided marketing tools, technology, and business development resources
Professional Development
- Complete licensing and training requirements
- Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs
- Continuously expand your financial planning and wealth management knowledge

- 24,000 Salary - Draw Program (subject to validation requirements)
