Child and Family Agency is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing compassionate care for children, adolescents, and their families.
We are looking for a dynamic, flexible individual to join our Client Support Specialist team for a full time role, Monday-Friday, no weekends! Reliable transportation as well as the flexibility to work some day and evening hours is required. This position is based out of our Westbrook location but the selected individual will also be required to provide coverage at our other offices, on occasion, as needed.
Primary Duties:
Ready, maintain, and appropriately open/close the clinical office
Schedule management to include scheduling, backfilling cancellations
Collection of payments
Managing charts in electronic health record
Greet, sign in, and assist vendors to sites or request assistance from supervisors as needed
Maintain a safe and inviting waiting room area
Maintain and manage all client information in compliance with HIPAA
Enter intake, periodic, and discharge data into heavy data entry
Travel to other sites as needed for coverage (Pawcatuck, Groton, New London, Westbrook)
Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma
At least 1 year of previous administrative assistant and/or receptionist experience
Excellent customer service
Attention to Detail
Familiarity with general office equipment
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Varies between Day/Evening shift
Monday to Friday
