*Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated nurse practitioner to join our team as a remote phone results nurse. This full-time position will be responsible for calling patients to provide them with their test results, answering questions, and offering additional health care advice as needed.
*Duties and Responsibilities:
Call patients to provide them with their test results, explain the results, answer questions, and offer additional health care advice as needed
Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and health maintenance
Keep up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices to ensure patients receive high quality care
Work with patients to develop individualized care plans that meet their needs
Provide excellent, compassionate patient care in a prompt and courteous manner
*Requirements and Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision
Excellent phone etiquette with warm, patient-centered communication skills
Willingness to work rotating on-call shifts
Ability to work from a quiet, private location with high-speed internet and a reliable phone line.
