Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on assigned hotel floors. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate daily room assignments
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
- Must Be Able to Handle a Team Professionally
- Ensure timely cleaning and maintenance of rooms
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Train and guide housekeeping team members
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standardsRequirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a hotel
- Good command of the English language
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
Pay: $18.00 per hour
