- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and payment options using clear medical terminology tailored to patient understanding
- Assist patients with insurance processing, billing inquiries, and financial arrangements to ensure transparency and satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with dental providers to facilitate seamless communication regarding patient care plans

Requirements
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures to effectively communicate with patients and staff
