Responsibilities
As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll make a lasting impact on children, families, and your clinical team by:
- Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Designing and supervising evidence-based ABA programs
- Providing supervision across home, community, clinic, and daycare settings
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
- Reviewing treatment data to ensure quality clinical outcomes
- Providing parent and caregiver training
- Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Leading clinical team meetings
- Supervising BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB requirements
- Ensuring clinical integrity and high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- BCBA certification issued by the BACB
- Appropriate state license as required in state of employment
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and ABA software (Central Reach preferred)
- Candidate must be open and available for case assignments within a certain distance. We cannot guarantee cases will be only in the city and state advertised in. The sole purpose of advertising in different cities and states is to build pipeline and attend to client needs in different cities within appropriate time
